Hiring & Terms of Work

ASC is committed to delivering aesthetic and actionable websites, graphic design, marketing, and social media services to all clients. The hiring process proceeds as follows:

  1. An initial consultation call or meeting to fully engage with the client and their expectations and to ensure that those expectations can be gainfully met by ASC.

  2. The delivery of an official Work Order Summary featuring described work and all quotes. This summary is designed to ensure that ASC and the Client are on the same page in reference to aforementioned expectations and for pricing of services.

    1. ASC will not send any invoices or request any money until the client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the Work Order Summary and requests an invoice be sent.

  3. Invoice will feature detailed terms as to execution of the services laid out in the Work Order Summary. Payment of Invoice denotes client agreement to terms and readiness to proceed.

  4. Timelines of work, turnarounds, as well as scope of work are laid out in the Work Order Summary. The Work Order Summary is open for negotiation and any and all requests to amend either the turnaround, scope of work, timeline of work, and/or pricing of work are welcomed so long as no payment has been remitted/the invoice has not been requested.

Refund Policy

ASC does not offer refunds. This policy is to protect ASC and employees therein from various online scams, including but not limited to: Check fraud, Stolen Credit Card laundering, phishing, and Identity Theft.

ASC is dedicated to ensuring that all expectations are laid out before any money crosses hands. We believe in transparency at every turn and are open to special payment agreements and bartering services.

Referral Policy

ASC offers a referral incentive. This referral incentive is granted under the following terms:

  1. Existing client will receive $50 credit for the first invoice paid by their referral.

  2. ASC does not offer cash in exchange for referrals.

  3. $50 credit can be applied to the ASC invoice of the referrer’s choosing up to 6 months from the payment of the referral invoice.
